In fully automatic welding, a customized set up is made, and everything from the loading of the raw work-piece to completing the weld is done by this customized set up. The advantage of a fully automated welding, is that, before unloading the completed work piece, it checks if the welding went good. The system can also be designed for one or more quality checks.
